This Privacy Policy explains how Moluo handles information when you use the app. It applies to the app, its local features, and related support communications.
2. Information You Provide
You may create ritual entries, notes, moods, steps, durations, and other content you choose to save in the app. You may also provide information when contacting support.
3. Local Records and Preferences
Ritual Cards, Reset Kit records, coin balance, agreement state, and app preferences are stored on your device to provide the app’s core experience. You can remove local app data by deleting the app or using the available reset or account-removal controls in the app.
4. Purchases and Platform Services
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Apple may process transaction and payment information under its own privacy policy. Moluo does not receive your full payment card details.
The app may use Apple system services and web views to display linked policy or support pages. Those services may process technical information as described by their own terms.
5. How We Use Information
- To save and display the rituals and preferences you create.
- To provide optional Reset Kit features and process purchase-related app state.
- To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the app.
- To respond to support requests and comply with applicable law.
6. Sharing and Retention
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with Apple or other service providers only as needed to operate platform services, process transactions, provide linked pages, maintain security, or comply with law. Local records remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app. Support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain records of the request.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and services involved. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Your Choices

Moluo is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
